    Provides services designed to improve the health of very frail and isolated seniors through increased activity, peer support, and a sense of belonging to the community. Goal is to allow seniors to remain in their homes for as long as possible. Support programs include the Telefriend Service, visiting, volunteer drivers, grocery shopping, monthly social programs, information and referral, and group discussion.
