Nonprofit agency aims to increase the safety of Canada's drug surveillance system by supporting and encouraging consumers to recognize and communicate adverse drug reactions. Provides information to the public, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and government policy makers. Also facilitates networking between individual consumers and advocacy groups who have concerns about drug safety, effectiveness, and affordability. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
